Interested in learning about film scoring? Want to meet composers & filmmakers? Join us for the once-a-month Film Music Meetup, hosted by Film Score Fest and SPNN.

Our goal is to pull back the curtain on how film music is made. Our monthly meetups will feature a presentation, feedback opportunities, and networking.

This event will be especially helpful for filmmakers and music makers, but anyone is welcome to attend!

This month, we’ll hear from 4 composers who submitted to the horror film composing challenge from Quarkestra: John Altenbernd (winner of the challenge), Josie Just, John Kuntz, and Nick Rudnik. We’ll learn from their variety of approaches to scoring this scene from the silent film “The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari.”
